SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our embroidery items are carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep with care. We aim to deliver your order in a timely manner. Our current turnaround time from ordering to shipping is 10 to 14 business days. Local pick up is also available.

Once your order is on its way, you can easily track its journey to your address. We'll provide you with the necessary tracking information to keep you updated.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your embroidered products. Please, when ordering be sure to check spelling, the order you would like the individual letters in a monogram to appear, color selection and sizes. Due to the nature of custom designs, we can only accept returns on items that we may have inadvertently gotten wrong when following your specifications.
